The container construction mode is different from the traditional indoor computer room construction mode, which puts forward higher requirements in terms of environmental adaptability (including waterproof and anti-seismic, high and low limit temperatures) and the degree of automatic maintenance of equipment (especially remote field and offshore deployed data centers). As a new outdoor construction mode highly adaptable to various complex environments, container data center can increasingly meet the special needs of data center users in the new era. However, with the popularization and application of container data centers, the corresponding maintenance problems have puzzled many engineers. Because container type data centers are placed outdoors, the outdoor environment is usually changeable, such as typhoon, rainstorm, heavy snow, sandstorm, high temperature and humidity, which will directly affect the normal use of data containers. There are often hundreds of thousands or even millions of computer equipment stored in the box, and no damage factors can be allowed to enter the box, However, since the temperature of the box will be very high when the equipment is running, the problem of ventilation and cooling is difficult for many structural engineers when high protective measures are taken.

At present, most of the solutions in the industry are to install cooling equipment in data containers, such as industrial air conditioners, high-power industrial cooling fans, etc. Although this approach can well isolate the impact of the external environment on the container, there are two factors that must be considered at the same time. The first is the high maintenance cost. If industrial air conditioners are used for cooling, the annual electricity cost is often tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of yuan, Then the air conditioner has a high failure damage rate due to its 24-hour long-term operation. If an industrial fan is used to exhaust air and dissipate heat by using the air pressure difference, it is necessary to find a window with high ventilation rate and high protection level, so that the external moisture and dust will not enter the box under normal natural ventilation.
